Solute Consulting is now publicly offering its “How to develop a Business Case” training course. The course teaches the steps necessary to gather, interpret and present the key information required to make informed business decisions. Participants will learn how to:
- Use the iterative approach and 10 process steps to develop a business case
- Determine the appropriate level of detail for a business case
- Identify and manage risks and benefits
The methodology taught on this course supports and complements industry standard methodologies such as Prince2, PMBoK and MSP – as well as benefits methodologies including Results Chain and Cranfield. It also aligns with the Queensland Government Project Assurance Framework (PAF).
